Editor's Note: Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I). No person shall install any individual sewage disposal system in the City without first obtaining a permit therefor from the City Council or its authorized representative for the specific installation, and, at the time of applying for the permit, shall pay a fee therefor as set by the City Council. Permits shall be valid for a period of six months from the date of issue.
