No vehicle shall park or obstruct access to a parking space designated and reserved for the physically disabled. Such area will be marked with paint and/or a posted sign. Vehicles parked in a space designated and reserved for the physically disabled will have to display the required certificate, license plate, or temporary permit. (See Minn.
