A. On sidewalks.
B. In front of a public or private driveway.
C. Within and intersection.
D. Within 20 feet of a fire hydrant.
E. On a crosswalk.
F. Within 20 feet of a crosswalk at an intersection.
G. Within 30 feet upon the approach of any flashing beacon, stop sign, or traffic control sign located at the side of a roadway.
H. Between a safety zone and the adjacent curb or within 30 feet of points on the curb immediately opposite the ends of a safety zone, unless a different length is indicated by signs or markings.
I. Within 50 feet of the nearest rail of a railroad crossing.
J. Within 30 feet of the driveway entrance to any fire station.
K. Along the side or opposite any street excavation or obstruction.
L. On the roadway side of any vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or curb of the street.
M. At any place where temporary or permanent official signs of the City of Kellogg prohibit the stopping or the parking of vehicles.
N. On Belvidere Avenue for a period of time greater than 12 hours.
O. Upon any side street right-of-way for a period of more than 72 consecutive hours.
