As used in this article the following terms have the following meanings:

INTOXICATING LIQUOR: Ethyl alcohol, distilled, fermented, spirituous, vinous, and malt beverages containing more than 3.2% of alcohol by weight.

INTOXICATING LIQUOR ESTABLISHMENT: Any establishment which is a licensed premises for the sale of intoxicating liquor.

LICENSED PREMISES: Prescribed to it by Minn. Stat. § 340A.101, Subd. 15, as presently in effect and as may be amended.
