ARTICLE II. Crimes on School Property

[Adopted at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]

§ 150-5. Unlawful actions.

A. It shall be unlawful for any person to remain in a public or private school building or upon the grounds and in the offices after being requested to leave the premises by the school principal or other person lawfully responsible for the control of the premises.

B. It shall be unlawful for any person, whether on or off school premises, willfully to annoy, disturb, interfere with or obstruct any classroom instruction, teaching program or other school organization or assembly being conducted upon the premises of any public or private school.

C. It shall be unlawful for any person, whether on school property or on property contiguous to school property, to interfere with school bus loading and unloading or to obstruct school buses in their safe operation.

§ 150-6. Violations and penalties.

Any person violating any provisions of this article shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in Chapter 1, Article III, General Penalty.
