ARTICLE III. Alcohol in Softball Field Areas
[Adopted at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]
§ 147-7. Definitions.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
- CITY OF KELLOGG SOFTBALL FIELD AREAS
- That area within 75 feet of the concession stand and the fenced-in area for softball play.
§ 147-8. Consumption restricted.
The consumption and/or possession of alcoholic beverages or containers and/or food items not purchased from the concession stand shall be prohibited in the Kellogg Softball Field areas during those times when the concession stand is open. § 147-9. Violations and penalties
Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided by Chapter
1, Article
III, General Penalty.
